Credits pay for data you buy through Melloop — an email, a phone number, a firmographic record. Actions pay for the work Melloop does — running an agent, syncing a record, sending an email. If an enrichment returns nothing, you pay for neither.
Credits do — up to 2x your monthly amount on Launch and Grow. Actions reset each cycle because they reflect the platform capacity your plan includes.
Yes. Any provider you already pay for can be plugged in directly, and those enrichments skip credits entirely — you only use actions.
Free, Launch and Grow are month-to-month and you can cancel any time. Enterprise plans are annual.
